Mini Column Load Cell FCFK is made of stainless steel based on strain gauge technology to deliver maximum 0.3% non-linearity of the rated capacity intended for press force measurement. Flanged Miniature Force Sensor FCFK offers 0-10N / 0-20N / 0-50N / 0-100N / 0-200N / 0-500N / 0-1000N / 0-2000N eight measuring ranges to choose from, flange to flange mounting, compact design, you may find micro column force transducer FCFK applicable for compression force measurement applications where mounting space is limited, such as fixture clamping force measurement, assembly force monitoring, force distribution test, force simulator, pinch force measurement, etc.. The mV/V output from the wheatstone bridge sometimes can hardly be processed directly, a signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver 0~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example one: Micro Compression Force Sensor FCFK-1kN working with amplifier FSC(0-10V)-24V,the Load-Voltage relationship will be 0-1000N compression force VS 0-10V output, which is linear regardless of the measurement error, 1V output corresponds to 100N force, 2V output corresponds to 200N load, and so on.
Example two: Miniature Column Load Cell FCFK-2kN working with amplifier FSC(4-20mA)-24V,the Force-Current relationship will be 0-2000N compression force VS 4-20mA output, which is linear regardless of the measurement error, 4mA output corresponds to “0” load, 5.6mA output corresponds to 200N compression load, 12mA output corresponds to 1kN compressive load, and so on.
